Where exactly is GROW located?

In Pöcking near Starnberg, Bavaria — about 25 km south of Munich and roughly 1 km from Lake Starnberg. Easy to reach by car, and we are happy to help with shuttle options.

Can we rent the venue exclusively?

Yes. Most events book GROW exclusively — your team, your schedule, your privacy. Individual spaces like Hub, Loft or Cabin can also be booked separately.

How many guests can GROW host?

It depends on the format: workshops and offsite meetings work beautifully for small to mid-sized groups, while garden and deck allow larger gatherings. Tell us your headcount and we will propose the right setup.

Do you offer catering?

Yes — from coffee breaks and healthy lunch to BBQ on the deck. We coordinate catering individually with you, including vegetarian, vegan and allergy-friendly options.

Can we book trainers or facilitators?

Yes. Through the GROW Academy we connect you with experienced trainers and coaches — for leadership, team development, wellbeing and strategy formats.

How do we get a proposal?

Use the booking assistant on the Book page or send us an email. You will receive a first reply within 24 hours and a transparent, non-binding proposal.
