About the GROW team

GROW is run by people who believe that real development needs the right environment — and genuine hospitality. Our team combines experienced trainers and coaches with hosts who make sure every detail works, from the first coffee to the last goodbye.

Nicole Rasmussen leads GROW as Managing Director and Senior Coach & Trainer. Together with a network of partner trainers, she designs academy days, retreats and team formats that create lasting change — not just good memories.

And then there are Loni and Hugo — our Chief Dog Officers and self-appointed Food Managers. They take their hospitality duties very seriously, especially around lunchtime.
